Did some volunteering here. Their paperwork system is straightforward and simple, but best of all, no matter who you are you'll be treated with respect by the employees and other volunteers. All types of people come through here, all races, ages, and all different backgrounds, and for the most part it's harmonious. I haven't seen many places in the area that are more accepting and kind to everyone.

I had an excellent experience with the team, especially Melissa and Lila, over the last few months - thank you for all that you do!

Not happy at all with the samara house, they lost some of my personal things, like my cell phone, phone cords and etc, which I gave to them when I checked in. They don't serve 3 hot meals. They don't do a lot what they claim to do over the phone when you're doing a phone interview to see if they'll accept you. If I knew all this I would've never went there.
