Jack had me fitted in under an hour for suits, shirts and casual pants (I had asked for him to work quick since my time in NY was limited). Fantastic experience, he suggested important details (watch allowance on the shirt sleeve anyone?), I otherwise would not have thought of. With personalised sizes in my account I can now buy online knowing I don’t have to bother with returns/ wrong sizes etc. Perfect fits. Highly recommended, 6 stars - thank you Jack!

i bought two shirts and not happy w fabric quality. i laundered them to see if linen fabric would soften up but did not. can these shirts be returned?

They will absolutely do a make over for you. Whether the remake has to be the same fabric type, I am uncertain of that.

can i return 2 shirts if fabric quality is not to my liking. i did open shirts and washed them once to see if fabric would soften up bt did not
