Today will be my last time at this very poorly run facility. I have been a patient here for 2.5 years. Every single time I have an appointment, I’m not seen for at least an hour after my scheduled appointment time. Today, was 2 hours. I ended up leaving without being seen. I will now be finding a new retina specialist. Completely unprofessional l; and had been for years with no sign of care or improvement

If you have a serious eye problem, and you need to see an ophthalmologist, this may be the place for you. If you need a routine eye exam and you don't have a vision plan, you will pay through the nose (hundreds of dollars) and may still end up with a prescription that is way off. The wait is long, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff is variable, and the exam by the optometrist is rather cursory. The business office stuff is rude and condescending. I got much better service at a fraction of the cost at Costco next door.
