Party City moved to a new location in September 2017. It's a bigger space that offers more services and a larger inventory. It's down the street from its old one on Nixon Drive, in the same plaza as the ShopRite, AC Moore, and Home Depot. Hope this helps :)
Last time i checked no but you can call them and they can tell you before uou drive there
No they don't they do have them for sale that are about $20.00 but they aren't the ones with lights. Try a party Rental store that have large tent rentals and popcorn machines and things like that for events if you want that type. Good luck.
