I'm not sure the exact number but what I can say is that there are 6 floors and 2 sides (one side for the museum and one side for penn parking, signs will be in place for each) on each floor. Hope this helps!
Agree with Paul. But access is sometimes limited for special events or construction. Best to call Penn Parking Services in advance to confirm for a given sate.
