I have been living at the Mason for 1.5 months and I have had the best experience. The staff is super nice and friendly. There is always someone to talk to all the time. If there is any issue with my room or any other problem it always gets resolved quickly. Everytime I have a problem Sam, Rohit, Yakin, Stephanie,Emma, Jessica, Heide,Shannon and Junior always help with it. I love living at the Mason and would highly recommend anyone.

Very very very bad experience, the battery of smoke alarm is dead and keeping make noise, I almost can't work and sleep well, and four days have passed and still no one has come to fix this tiny but pretty annoying problem!

It is fine. I had the cheapest option so I believe you can not ask for too much. Nevertheless, my experience with the front desk was not the best. For example: no one explained me when I arrived that in addition to the key card to enter your room, you need a "chip card" to enter your bathroom. In addition, the bathroom they told me I was supposed to share was the wrong one, so the person that "guided" me had little knowledge about my room situation. Other things that I do not like too much is the lack of communication with the people you share your common areas. I did not even know who I was sharing the bathroom with to begin with. As I said, it is fine for a few months, but I would not suggest it in the long run. In addition, be prepare as you will have to figure by your own almost everything (aircon, heater, kitchen utilities, etc). Yoga and fitness center are fine, and of course location is the best to start.

Personally, I have had a very bad experience living in Mason. Since I arrived my air conditioner has been damaged and it has been almost two months without any resolution to this problem. The manager reassigned me to a new room that had a mouse in it, so I went back to my old room. I am still waiting for the air conditioning problem to be resolved or to be reassigned to another room with better conditions than the previous two. In addition to this, I am informed that since last week the order is that the cleaning company should not clean the bathrooms of the rooms, so they remain in very bad conditions of cleanliness.
