Room was spacious, but no sheets on pull outs, not cleaned very well, opened package of soap for the shower, and didn't smell very good. Front desk personnel were pleasant. Location is good.

The person that checked us in wasn't very friendly. I'm fact she was a little rude to be honest. The rooms were semi clean and the supposed queen beds were more like full size beds with the old spring mattresses. Not the best but I suppose it could've been worse.

Verified Hotel Guest

Positive: Location was great, right on the river with a beautiful park and path. Our room was large and comfortable. The hotel was quiet even though full. Negative: Hotel staff was either very stressed or untrained in greeting guests and making them comfortable. "Breakfast" was only muffins and packaged make yourself oatmeal for two days of our stay and only packaged oatmeal for the other three days.

We booked our room through hotwire.com, it gave almost 4 stars so we felt confident this would be a good place to stay. I have some concerns that I feel should be passed on to others. Firstly, when the name of the hotel includes the words "extended stay" that means people live at the hotel. This did not even cross my mind. This contributed to the shady situation in the parking lot and the angry cussing customer at the front counter when I walked in. Secondly, the check in process was absolutely painful. It took over 10 minutes to scan my ID, credit card and then my wife's information after she walked in to make sure I was still alive. The man at the counter was rude and condescending. My wife made the mistake of asking if they had a restroom. I advise that you don't ask. I will say that the room was very clean. However, there is NOT a coffee maker, ice bucket, glasses or a closet in the room. The breakfast consists of coffee, dry muffins and granola bars. When I went down to get coffee the women at the front desk were gossiping about another woman and were speaking very colorful language about her. Unprofessional.... We would not recommend this establishment if you can avoid it.
