Well reading some of the reviews on this site im not sure i want to do business with them although i was in the market for 15 machines this outfit is consistently are not preforming on the up and up there are problems with customer service and you can’t rely on them to care for you past purchasing the machines you on your own not a place i want to be iin.

Got two new washers take forever to receive they never call back dropped it like ups service one washer not working dealing with the washer most of the day to put it in order I asked for technical person to come to check and program the right vender price they told me very nice go and f……. Yourself so wrong 😑 I spent $4300 for two washer and what I do all day trying to program the washer like What I don’t have nothing to I all so offer to pay for the technical person he told me that he going to contact me with service department and what he do close the phone on my face Poor service all the way very sad that we have to deal with companies like laundry owners I’m a shame that I spent my time and money with laundry owner they make me fell pretty bad very very bad people’s Let see what I do

I'm very disappointed with the company, it's an untrusted company, they drop off ur order like u buy them in Walmart, not service at all, they don't even make sure that what they selling to u it's working properly they don't see a customer they just see how much they can take from u, no business ethics and no bounds, never call u back , never take responsibility for their products next call is to my lawyer ,never again, they always have excused for everything and after they get mad and started cancelling ur future orders in spot don't care about nothing, I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !!! Not even worth 1 star!

This is a scam business. I tried to called multiples times to talk about the problem of refund and none answer. i also emailed and get no respond. This is the worst customer place ever. Do not buy stuff here.
