If I could give a negative star I would! They make their own hours and what ever teenager they have in the front should work at Walmart nextdoor! Completely unprofessional and UNDERqualified to work in the medical field let alone a fastfood drive thru! I will go to more qualified healthcare providers then North shore medical hospital from now on!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Seriously!!! Go Anywhere Else!!! A veterinarian is better!

I took my mother for a COVID test for a pre surgery, I was told to wait about 20 minutes, 35 minutes later we were admitted to a room where we do our own test and drop it in a white box. The young skinny Asian or Hispanic "Couldn't tell from behind the mask" and puts eye glasses she has the worst condescending attitude ever, first she never look you in the eyes when talking to you and then when I asked that we had to wait 35 minutes for a 3 minute test she simply dismissed me and walked away very unprofessional. Another woman picked up on me and made it her debate telling me that many people need help inside and that is why it took so long while the whole time they were chit chatting and laughing. 6 people tested before us shouldn't take more than 18-20 minutes. they claim that they were helping those people in the room but I did it in 3 minute so how come it takes them that long. This place is a clowns center and you should really consult other test center that get you in and out in 5 minutes. ITS ONLY COVID TEST NASAL SWAP AND THAT IS IT ITS NOT A ROCKET SCIENCE.
