Only 2 cashiers and a long line of customers. I was around number 20 in the line. Not sure why we don't have a Manager helping out when you're this busy. The cashier I had was very friendly!

Masks, no dressing rooms, possibly sanitize checkout counter between guests? I've seen it once and then not on my next visit
Yes they do take Amazon returns. You can go to customer service located in the back left corner of the store and they'll be able to help you from there!
