Ordered online and it said 25 to 35 minutes. Waited that time to then be told another 45 minutes. Asked for a full refund and was told no. Pizza finally delivered and the entire order was wrong. I was delivered someone else's order. I'm still waiting for my refund. I finally just went and got something else for lunch. I couldn't wait another hour and a half for them to figure it out. "Regional manager" extremely rude when trying to figure out how to either get refunded or come get my own food.

Ordered food for my family and got expired drinks called just to see what they would do bc being a manager I would replace and apologize to the customer. All the manager had to say was I wasn't here the other night. I told her being a manager I would like to know if I sold expired product. The manager didn't care at all. Very bad customer service! I know how it is and i would never let a customer call and complain without offering to fix the problem so they will return. Will not be back!

No complaints regarding customer service, called in for pick up, staff was friendly and food ready in a timely manor. We wanted to try the new oven baked Pasta bowl, Italian meat. Looked great, served hot, but it should come with a warning. It is loaded with Hot 🌶!! I like hot, but 20 mins later. Mouth still on 🔥
