Not sure what all the complaints are about. I found them to be polite but up front. I like it when people get to the point and don't try to waste my time with pointless chitchat. Call me old school but I find it a waste of time and effort. Their machines were well used (it's a rental place) but fully functional. Didn't have an issue with anything at all. I am heading back tomorrow to rent another machine. I will not use anyone else. If you can't handle upfront professionalism go somewhere else or bring a tissue to cry into.

Paddy and his team are amazing. We had a couple of last minute, unforeseen, additions throughout the weekend of our initial rental, and they were very responsive and able to accommodate. We are so appreciative of their help!!

These guys are my preferred source of rental equipment in the Omaha area. The staff is knowledgeable, I've always found their prices competitive, and I get to support a locally owned small business. Will continue to rent from them for the foreseeable future!
