I went to Loveland to get a manicure and pedicure. Whoever did my pedicure did a horrendous job. I asked for my nails to be shortened a little bit. The lady used the cuticle cutter and made them way too short and uneven. Then when she painted my nails she went over my cuticles. For my manicure I asked for a different person and I wanted dip. The other person started doing the dip without even cutting my cuticles or anything like that. When I asked for him to do my cuticles he gave me an attitude and said there is an extra charge ($7) I have never been in a place where you pay $48 for your manicure and the cuticles are not included. Ridiculous! I do not recommend that place. Getting nails should be a relaxing and enjoyable experience not somebody giving you attitude because you wanted your cuticles to be cut- which what manicure especially means.

Went here 3 times, as location is convenient. The first two times 2 nails broke off within first week. Third time they charged me $5 per nail for a design ($80 for a fill with 4 nail designs) the last time I went to them they told me they under charged me and it would be an additional $80 to get design (I just wanted a few jewels on 4 nails) plus the cost of fill. I took my business elsewhere. Went to Top Q in mall, they did a repair, nail reshape, and fill for $65...Loveland would of been nearly $150. OVERPRICED, unfriendly, and poor work. Will not be coming back.

I had never been for a manicure or pedicure, but my mom asked to take me with her, my wife and my 5 year old daughter. I really enjoyed it, but I wish it hadn't have been so busy because we did wait a good 20 minutes past our scheduled time. They did a good job from what I know based on my family's response to it. A few things were rushed on the manicures at the end, so not everyone got what they paid for. I wish they had small chairs for kids and maybe listed what each package includes for newbies like myself.

I'm not really sure if this is typical because this was my first time getting a manicure from a stranger... but the woman working on my nails was really rough with my cuticles. She didn't soak my fingers first or anything, so they actually ended up bleeding in a couple spots from her pushing the cuticles back, and they were still a little irritated the next day. The whole process seemed kind of rushed even though it wasn't busy when I was there. Despite that, the shellac manicure I got did look great and held up for a week (which is a long time for me as I'm very hard on my nails). They have a ton of color options for polish and my nail artist did a good job adding hearts to a couple nails. My fiance also got a manicure and clear coat on his nails, which he wasn't sure about at first but it ended up looking great. His nail tech was a little gentler. Overall I think I would probably go back, but I would make sure I soften my cuticles first if soaking them is not normally part of the process.
