As all of our local businesses in the aftermath of covid, their are limited staff to help you instore now and for extra convenience if your looking to get a new phone you now will need to call vzw to do so regarding the set up of your phone.

Walked in with my fiancé to transfer service from her name to my account, they told me they weren't allowed to and that I'd have to call a 800 number and do it myself. Told me he was the manager for 11 years and his employees weren't allowed to do it for us.

We showed up 20 minutes before they closed and Holy stayed late to take care of our phone upgrade. She went above and beyond!! Thank you Holy!

My cell phone does not charge properly and needs to be replaced. Bought in February and warranty is 1 year. was told to take to an Apple store to replace or send in. Can't because she needs it for work daily.

There are phone repair shops local but you will have to pay them for their service I've been with Verizon for years and they won't help there customers they're only interested in selling new accounts

How can I get my original phone number back

It depends on what you're specifically asking, the carriers effectively own the numbers, and their availability is based on the previous client they were assigned to, a waiting period (60 days usually) before the number is thrown back into the pool of available numbers. In short, you really should contact them directly, as there's too many variables for us to give you a definitive answer.

Call or go to a Verizon store. Always use the same charger that is meant for that phone. Did u try turning it off n recharging it couple hours.some times that will work.

I am just a local guide and I evaluate places I'm not sure what you're looking for but if you're talking about the phone and Verizon you'll have to contact them directly sorry I couldn't have been of better help.

Are you a franchise for Verison?

No, this is a corporate store

I had a text from Verizon saying I'm out of data, it will cost me $15 more a month to get it. I never had this problem before, can you help me?

You really need to call Verizon or go in to a flagship store. It happens, but you may have some settings they can help you with so you don't download over mobile data.. could be any number of reasons.
