Thank God for the crew here in the shop! We had been having problems with our air conditioning in our 2020 Western Star for about a month now. We're delivering a load in Vegas that is calling for triple digits 🔥🔥🔥 and fate found us at Loves in Alma Arkansas today. Christopher Haugen and his team rallied around to get our truck fixed and back on the road in a timely manner. I was worried about our 2 dogs as the past few nights we had to sleep with our windows open in sweltering heat. I can't thank the crew enough for their attentive, spot on diagnosis and correction to our air conditioning. We will be needing our blanket tonight but more importantly I feel safe now that we won't have any issues traveling into Vegas or anywhere where the heat is extreme!

I worked at the store across the street and I have to say that his is a horrible store with horrible people who will stab your back. My at the time partner who worked there slept with one of the store's managers, even after the managers wife came in and made a complaint about it as well as me, no further action was taken and both employees still work with Love's meanwhile I was put on a no hire list for all love's travel stops for leaving due to emotional trauma. Absolutely unprofessional behavior for the manager and employee to engage in an intimate relationship especially when said employee/manager are already in a committed relationship. They also constantly have fights break out amongst customers and staff fail to check for ID and often will sell to minors due to poor training of the staff.

I always enjoy stopping by Love's Trucks top. They have pretty much everything one would need for traveling. And the coffee options are very nice 👍

Front end is good. Shop area in back always full. Shop is short of help like all others. Needed fitting on air valve repaired, 20 min job, was told 2and half hrs wait, went on my way. Don't know what's wrong with younger generation, nobody is dedicated or wants to work.
