Clear Creek Park Campground

Small quiet campground. Only three spots are open due to flooding in the main campground. If you are tent camping, there are no bathrooms or showers. So, plan accordingly. There is full electric and water for RV hook ups. Definitely reserve a spot before you go. The turn around is near impossible if you have a full size RV. So, make sure you've got a spot before you pull in.

I (we) we're not impressed at all with it. There were only 2 campsites available and the others were for caretakers. The one we had reserved one could not back a trailer into it without trying to run into a ditch. We drove to the end of the drive and there was no place to actually turn around. I had to jockey my truck back and forth just to get turned around to drive out. We came home and canceled our standing reservations we had for the fourth of July weekend. I'm m really glad we decided to go and view the campsite the week before going. This is a place that we will NOT go to.

It is gorgeous down by the creek. Pretty good place to go fishing or camping. Its usually quiet and peaceful here.

We liked it. It was nice and quiet for the most part. Some tables had awnings that are nice to have. My only complaint was the bathrooms. They were very dark in the daytime and looked like they could use quite a few repairs. The showers were narrow and had a step up to get in them. I could see this being a problem if you had a wheel chair or crutches. Not to mention on of the shower seats was broke and had half missing. I like the area but the bathrooms are pretty important and were not so great. Also the grass was getting high also. Looked like it was needing cut.
