We recently had an interesting experience at your Enterprise office in Stuart, Florida. On a busy Monday morning, we were shocked to see how the working staff was running around helping customers.They were obviously under staffed and overwhelmed but managed to take care of each and every customer that came before us.As our turn arrived, we were greeted by a young man named Kemar. .He was courteous, professional and had a handle on the entire situation.He found us the correct vehicle in a short amount of time and we were able be on our way.In a time when everyone is being negative ,Kemar was showed that there are still people left in this world who truly care about customer service.He is an asset to your company… Sincerely, Kathleen Sweeney

This Stuart Enterprise has given me a great experience every time I have come in. This past week, my car unexpectedly encountered problems and I needed a rental on short notice to go to Gainesville. Kemar and Christian handled my rental and I have interfaced with Mel (Melissa) at the branch on a previous occasion as well. These team members are all professional with warm personalities and they make you feel seen as a customer. They are also efficient and take care of your needs within a short timeframe. Enterprise is fortunate to have great staff like this representing their company name with excellence. I don't believe there is. I've never had to use a credit to reserve a car.
I have been an hour late before and have never had an issue with having my reservation fulfilled.
Call them directly or check their site. Depends on size of car
They did leave me down once but I had a plan b as I rent often but 90% of the time they were spot on. Very professional and upgrades occasionally. If still give them a 4.5
Just watch using your credit card they kept mine n charged me 3 months later without sending me a bill. My bank did nothing but cancel my card. I call fraud and identity theft from the Stuart store
They normally won't charge u ...but I can alwAys call
