We couldn't decide if we wanted to go here or Shelvin access to fish, kayak, or wade. We got to Shelvin and it was way too crowded. There was no way we would catch anything there while fishing. Due to this we went to Delaware Access instead. We did not regret it! It is beautiful and peaceful. It has several spots to put your raft or kayaks in. Fishing is ok but only if you go down river a bit. It has less people. There is a porta potty in the parking lot as well. We took our dog with us and she absolutely loved it!

Parking is limited but its got a concrete boat ramp (canoes, rafts, etc not enough water for anything with a deeper drag)! Nice Rapids and pools for fishing and swimming. Generally pretty wooly(tree branches and obstructed casting and boating).

Yes. Please leash them if they are of the adventurous type. Someone lost a husky last weekend.
It is a fishing & kayak/canoe access. There is also a ramp into the river.
