Got connected to this dealership from RV trader, they had a 2005 Dutchmen with a bunkhouse floor plan that was a good price, and in good condition that I was interested in. I live out of state so I was trying to get a better idea of when I could come and take a look at it, and also to make sure that it was in the specified condition. I spoke with Jasmine and she said that what they typically do is a service check on the RV AFTER it is purchased, I offered to put some money down to hold it until I could come and take a look at it, she informed me that if I did that it was non-refundable, but did offer to mark it as sale pending so that I could arrange to come out and inspect and hopefully pick up the trailer. 2 weeks and at least 4 messages left at the dealership (and calls to Jasmine's cell phone ) every time I called I was informed that she was with a customer, or had just left without returning my call. The office admin was the one who finally told me that they sold it (which I more or less figured at that time) and Jasmine did not do anything she said she was going to do. A courtesy call would have been nice, doing what you said you were going to do would be better, communication and followup is severely lacking, but she obviously made the sale. As long as she gets paid, I guess customer service doesn't really matter

Very friendly staff. Nice indoor showroom. Very accommodating even though we arrived close to closing time. Can't wait to go back when we have more time to view the campers that they have.
