Really nice staff for the most part, there was a really courteous work release employee. Unfortunately on the other side, the short woman in an arm sling with short black hair and glasses in the back running the show was short and rude with us after we brought unused carpet, barking that "we don't need more carpet," and "we don't take used carpet". I understand the job can feel thankless, but a poor attitude to donors is unneeded and unwarranted. Hopefully they learn to weed out employees with cruddy attitudes. We also witnessed the above mentioned employee, Carrie, tell Cathy to let her takeover the register and despite Cathy's warning and advise, make the system malfunction. It's clear to see Carrie has rarley received any constructive criticism and has become a hostile workplace bully to most employees.

Thank you for reaching Deanna. We accept donations Tuesday-Saturday from 10am-6pm at our facility 721 E. Amidon Street. You can just pull around to the overhead doors on the Southeast side of the building and we will help you unload them!
