Very nosey office staff leasing manager Kathy. The laundry facilities are a mess look like the inside of a gas station restroom. I was told to pay 2 months rent to get out of my lease 2 months prior to my lease end that there was no way out of it. Terrible experience!

Update: ...the Dunes sent me a bogus refund check (Tyson Berry)--they charged me and said they'd return what was owed..went to my credit union to deposit it; the bank supervisor said the check was BOGUS. Whatever you read here from management, don't believe a word. Look for the pictures of sewage in apartments and public records complaints; talk to people in the community directly; believe what real people tell you not them. They are a blight on the community and give new dimension to the idea of "criminality." Absolutely shameful. SECOND TO NONE to obfuscate AWARD WINNING administrative meandering BEST IN SHOW at larceny UNPARALLELED pilfering of its own community--those who can least afford it, of course. New York slumlords defer to Dunes' Medieval Excellence

Sarah, & her Manager are the complete sweetest. Honestly this has been the best apartment by far when it comes to the leasing agent/management. They answered me 100 questions they even tried their best to work with us. The apartments are so beautiful! & Amazing for the price as well. I’m super picky but i’d recommend The Dunes apartments to anyone! My husband & I love this apartment alot. and it’s been less than a month that we moved in.😊

Kimberlee, I'm not quite sure where you got this information? As you are aware,The Dunes Apartments does take care of any maintenance situations that may arise or complaints that are brought to our attention. We enjoyed having you as a resident for two years and wish you the best with your new residency. Sincerely, The Dunes Apartments
Im not sure. The apartments recently changed ownership. Rent had gone up quite a bit. They are the oldest apartments in town but have had some work so they arent bad. Parking is not so great if you get home later in the day. A 2 bedroom will cost ya somewhere around 1200 now, not sure exactly so You will need to call for their new terms. Initially, it was all very reasonable with a 250 deposit and 945 for a 2 bedroom. I really liked the location and the fact they were reasonable. Now, they are not.
Hi Jenni! There is a flat rate per month for water/sewer/trash/pest control for each floor plan at The Dunes. Please feel free to contact us or stop by the property. We would love to show you around!
Today's prices are ranging from $996 to $1145, based on longer term and moving in as soon as an apartment is available.
It depends on your credit and prior rental history.
