BEWARE of this car lot !! They will Not stand by there vehicles. I bought a 2014 Nissan Altima. Known transmission failure. One year later to date transmission goes out. I still have loan. They stated my miles went over warranty so will not help .Exact words Carmart not liable to help . All worried Abt was monthly payment.Didnt matter car failing. They trick you into thinking going help, Kim M. All managers G.M. even .lied and once have vehicle they won't return it . I was tricked to thinking they going help by Kim. Pay us first. Even though car is not going pass inspection, emissions. Never missed a payment. They are rude people. Rip off company. Actually called me a LIAR. AFTER SUBMITTING 3 ESTIMATE. IM A LAIR NOTHING WRONG VEHICLE. UNBELIEVABLE. . I JUST PUT OVER 2,000 WORK INTO CAR, BUT I WANT RUIN MY CREDIT, HAVE RENT A CAR, ON TOP ALL I GAVE THEM 1/2 MY DISABILITY CHECK EACH MTH FOR LAST YEAR. I WAS TRICKED BY KIM, WILL, DWAYNE WHOLE COMPANY. BEWARE. STAY AWAY.. .I WAS ALSO A REPEAT CUSTOMER. SEE HOW TREAT LOYAL RETURNING CUSTOMERS.. . TAKE MONEY, VEHICLE AND RUN WITH IT. The paperwork you'll need to trade in your car at America's Car-Mart is the vehicle title, a valid, state-issued ID for all titleholders, registration and loan payoff information if you are still paying on your vehicle. Please bring your loan account number and lender phone number. If you have a co-signer their signature is needed to sell your car.
