LOOK FOLKS #1 security is doing his job, your NOT going to get an appointments just showing up. You can't blame him or woman at the desk not her fault. BUT I'M GOING TO GIVE YOU VALUABLE INFORMATION. CALL BETWEEN 7:00 am - 7:30 am M-F NOW after you dial 1 for English dial 1 for an appointment after you get to that point DONT WAIT when it ask if you want a callback SAY YES and enter your number they WILL call you back, if you wait and not do the callback you could get disconected and calling back your just going to get frustrated. Take it out on Security (Homeland Security Officer) your going to leave before your appointment time. Show up 15-30 before your appointment if your late your going to loose your place and have to set a new one. The woman I spoke to helped me verify my identity and helped make sure their was not a doubt and made sure my Stimulus I had been waiting on, filing taxes for the first time in 11 years triggered the computer into thinking it was identity theft and identifying through IDme waited 9 weeks no check so my advise call between 7:00am - 7:30am use the number above even after talking thinking its straight insist on the appointment.

Super friendly staff, I was so nervous going in since the reviews on this page weren’t the best but they exceded my expectations! I’m so happy and relieved they were able to resolve my problems right away. The security at the door was a very nice happy gentleman and greeted everyone coming in right away, he was aware the entire time of anyone coming in and out. And the woman agent/case worker was very efficient and apologized for the inconveniences caused and made sure all of my questions were answered. Great IRS office!

It’s hard to talk to someone on the phone, and make an appointment. I was able to be seen today for a brief period of time. The lady who’s normally there is always nice except for today. She answered one of my questions and told me to call the appointment number for the other question. Of course, I called the line and couldn’t get through. COVID has definitely changed a lot of things.
