Totally unproffesional! Will straight up lie to your face. Some of the staff and counselors cover for each other. This is place use to be about the patients but not anymore. They can not even keep a doctor and when they have one it's by video conferance.....how can you diagnose and treat a patient without ever meeting them. This place needs to be investigated. Update..... this place is under new management and improved a great deal.

I have 3 children under the age of 5 that I have to bring with me every time my oldest has an appointment. They have cancelled half of our visits. Once when I was in their parking lot walking in, once when I walked in 10 minutes before our slot and tried to check in, and once 25 minutes before our appointment. I got called into work and had to.reschedule one of our appointments and they bad the audacity to send me a no show bill. Very unprofessional. Will not be continuing services nor will I be paying the bill for their "services". Very disappointing company to work with.
