I gave a 1 because I couldn’t give lower. This has been the worse experience. My dad AND my mom had pre paid arrangements and maybe that is why the service is so hurtful and inconsiderate. They lie and don’t do what my parents paid for. I won’t go into details because there are so many inconsiderate things I could list it would go on forever. I’ll be contacting “you paid for it” to get results. DoNOT use this this business for your loved ones it is terrible and they lie to you.
