The Zoo, Art Museum, and History Museum are free, although all 3 have paid attractions in them Of course, the Muny Opera costs although there are free seats here too. The Paddleboats cost per hour. The Climatron costs but the Planetarium is free unless you cross the bridge and enter The Science Center. Entry to the park itself is free. There is also Stienberg Skating Rink.

Yes. There are Segway tours and there are Lime Scooters. Lime scooters allow you to do your own exploring and can be taken anywhere in the city. Just download the Limebike app to locate them. Segways must remain in the Park.

The park is free! Also admission to all institutions within the park is free (the zoo, art museum, and history museum). You may still need to pay for some things (like a special exhibition at the art museum or play at the muny theater) but you can count on entry being free within the park.
