I just adopted Callie, a sick rescue dog, a couple of weeks ago and needed to see a vet asap. After a week of antibiotics, she is still sick. With no history at St. Louis Hills, I happened to call when Dr. Stacey was in on her day off, and she suggested that I come in. She spent a lot of time with Callie making her comfortable and assessing her thoroughly. Callie now has meds for another week and a follow-up appointment. At a time when some vets aren’t taking new patients because they are so overwhelmed, St. Louis Hills welcomed us with open arms. Callie and I are so grateful, and we have a new vet - Dr. Stacey! 💕

The team here is so friendly! I didn’t feel rushed at all and I definitely had a few questions which were all answered. This is the calmest I’ve seen my cat at the vet…! It seemed very clean and I did not notice a smell at all when I walked in like some vet clinics, so that may have helped as well as the dr and vet tech treating him like their own. Highly recommend!

The vets and office staff here are all wonderful. Genuinely kind and caring for our animals, making a point to be informed and sensitive to each of their special needs. There tends to be a wait when setting appointments because of availability, but for us it is well worth the wait for the quality of cat and dog care!

Dr Eric gave our older Yorkie acupuncture for arthritic joints. Helped greatly! Highly recommend this practice, which comes American and Asian veterinary medicine.
