A few things: 1. The smell. The area is small and there are a ton of dogs cramped into it. When I picked the dog up, she smelled like urine and Fabuloso. When I looked into the main area, the mop bucket sits there with the water and cleaner throughout the day. It's also in all of the photos they post online. 2. The injuries. Dogs get rough and sometimes hurt. But, someone should notice right? Wrong. My dog had a scabbed over cut and abrasion on her outer leg with dried blood. Nobody said a thing until I pointed it out. $147 vet bill later and it's cleaned and healing. The vet was livid that nobody tried to clean it prior. 3. Payment. Post the payments you accept and tell your clients before they leave their dogs. Telling someone at pickup that you don't take Amex in 2022 is like saying you don't take credit. What happens when that's all a person brings with them? 4. Staff. The front desk staff are hot or cold. And honestly, for what they charge, they need to do better. 5. Visibility. I shouldn't have to go to Facebook to get random photos of my dog and never see your area of where she's kept. It's like you're trying to hide what's behind the curtain. Put up cameras, do facility tours and walk throughs and allow patrons to see what is happening.
