Worst experience ever. Old food old fry oil just bad and staff didn't care

We went here on July 18 2021 around 9:08 pm We ordered 2 L1 10 piece hot wings and 2 apple pies which we were told we had. To wait for . So about 15 mins later we got our food . I had my 13 year old to make sure it was all there considering I was driving not a good idea. When reached our home we saw that both apple pies were burned to like coal. And we did not receive one of our L1 AND THE ONE WE DID GET MISSING FISH FILLET.. I’m not quite sure what happen I tried calling the store today to reach out to the manager phone just rings and voicemail picks up. So I wanted to reach out in an email but they are not excepting emails for this store. My last resort is to leave a review.. so just. Think twice before ordering or just really double check your order before leaving .. just really disappointed in the service . Hopefully this was an isolated incident but will not be going back .also my receipt does match my order!!!

Cold food, overly greasy even for LJS's. Hushpuppies were only half cooked. Won't be back to this location.

Great service! Called in my order from the front door where they met me so I could pay... Which was Very convenient abs helpful during these times.
