Every time I've used the customer center, everyone I've dealt with has been courteous and helpful. That being said, I don't understand why they allow employees to park in the customer center parking, including the handicap spots. If one of my parents had to go there, they would probably have to walk more than they need to. Please fix this!

I kept getting notifications that a driver had attempted to deliver my package yet NO driver or "sorry we missed you" letter in sight! I called up to this store and the rep I spoke with took my number, called the driver, and my package(s) were in my hands within the hour! Excellent customer service and they really saved the day for me! Thank you!!

This location has always been open on Saturdays. I have a package from Amazon that they said would be here today and for some reason, they used UPS. It hit the local hub and was processed at 4am so I roll on over, it's less than a mile away. CLOSED. what the? When did they start that turkey nonsense?
