Whoever were the two ladies who worked 9/10/22 have horrible work ethic. I always get the worst customer experience from these two when I come to this store. If I could give the both of them 5 negative stars I would.

I wish people would put their hatred a side just because my family said something to someone in store,you have no right to ban me from coming in store to do copys or notary, thats not right ,i am disappointed with the ups store in north west belleville Illinois store.treat people how you want to be treated like god say love thy neighbor, as i love you.

Excellent service here and the staff is awesome! I've been going here regularly for over a year as I have a mailbox at this location, and I have had only great experiences. They make it quick and easy to send packages, and the notary mentioned below is always there working hard when I come in (at all hours of the day). Also parking is easy, they have several spots reserved for quick trips inside. This is the only store I use to send my packages.
