I had signed up to tan a few months before my vacation to Florida last May. My last tan before my vacation at the end of May had to be at another location due to construction at the Mt. Zion location. I chose the Forsyth location and while I was there I made sure to sign a paper stating that I no longer wanted to tan there, exiting my contract. I did not tan once after the end of May when I signed the paperwork to end my contract. I just found out that I’ve been being charged wrongly from June through the current December. I am livid. They asked if I had a copy. Who thought I would need a copy? Of course no refund, and no real apology. They told me I could tan through December because I was billed that day I called, and they wouldn’t even refund that! Ok, so shame on them and shame on me for not double checking. Lesson clearly learned. When I went to tan the stand up bed, which is what I use, was out of order. I asked when it would be fixed and I was told it’s been that way for a while but I could drive about 20 more minutes and use one at another location. RIDICULOUS!!! The Mt. Zion location, when I was tanning with them previously, was constantly having issues. The beds are old, lights out in beds that they are still using, and unfriendly customer service. If there was ANY competition this company would be out of business within a few months. Ugh! Needless to say, I’ve already signed another paper and I’m not planning on being a return customer. Edit: Shortly after posting this review I was contacted by a member of management. While she clearly didn’t like my review she wanted more information. This was my honest review of their facility and my situation. She offered to give me several months of free tanning which was kind. I didn’t ask her to do this but given the situation I felt that it was very fair. I will be using those months and then I’ll see from there. I wish they would send documentation by email so as to make sure no one has a situation like mine. I also wish it didn’t take writing this review for them to reach out to me.

It depends on the time of day! Our busiest times are lunch hour, 11:30-2, and after work hours, 4-6! Hope this helps! Thank you!
