Came for a conference and there was poor wifi in guest rooms. Very little of the hotel was restaurant or bar was functional outside of the spaces we used. Seem that time has passed this place by. It is sad as the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Decatur Conference Center not a bad place to stay for older motel, which I think part of the charm! Staffing here is nothing but helpful and welcoming!! Also, 35 minutes from state fair, which is why my son, family, and I stayed. I will for sure be back, if this way.

Mike Rosenberg is incorrect. It is located on the west side of Decatur, IL. 4191 US 36 West.
There is a Sports Bar and a restaurant inside the hotel. Then down town about 10 min or less away there are several nice places to eat. Pocos is a really nice and good place to eat down town.
$75 a night but there was a group rate there was 24 of us staying
