Well.... this will be the last time we order from here. Thought giving them another chance would be great but.... Nope. Ordered well done pizza & garlic bread with cheese . Pick up order- told 30 mins. I went at 45 (due to past experiences of it not ready) Got there and my bread and wings ready but pizza isnt....... told twice because you requested well done.... ok Well almost an hour and 20 mins later ( from said 30 min p/u)I get it and well................. the pizza was DEFINITELY NOT WELL DONE, looked like they took more time positioning the toppings than cooking it and the garlic bread had a side of NACHO cheese instead of the usual mozzarella melted on top of it..... but they offered a free 2 liter for my wait....... No thanks.

We've given F &A so many chances. If I don't feel like cooking, I'm sure we'll order from here again. I just know that every time I do, my order will be wrong. The staff doesn't seem to know what they're doing- giving the wrong amount of change back, taking orders down wrong, customer service 101. Ordered a regular BLT no fries and my husband brings home a turkey and swiss BLT wrap with fries. Then ordered a Cobb salad a couple weeks later and ended up with some other salad not even on the list. When I mean my order isn't ever right, I mean it.

Attempted to call at 5:40pm to order Mozz stick and fried pickles. No one answered and after 3 rings I was sent to voicemail. Knowing better than to except someone to call me back, I drove to this fine establishment and ordered in person. The woman told me to come back in 15-20 mins. Came back and proceeded to wait an additional 45 minutes. I noticed a sign on the front door that stated: “the whole world is short staffed, be kind to those who showed up” there were 4 employees who noticed me waiting up front, patiently for my order. No one greeted me, checked on the status of my order, nor bothered to even acknowledge I was trying to get their attention. Finally after an additional 20 more minutes of standing up front someone they asked what I needed, I relayed I needed my order and they promptly brought it back out. Once home, I opened my bag to see that the mozzarella sticks were melted together and the cheese had bursted out of every single one, leaving me with empty, cold pieces of breaded “mozz sticks” at least the sauce was hot but also half full. Throughly displeased with my experience and we will no longer be returning customers to this restaurant. I understand staff being short handed but at what point do we start holding people accountable for their horrible service? Please reference my photos before ordering from them so you’re aware of what to expect.

The burgers were pretty good and my buddy had a BLT, which was huge (look at pictures). Bloody Mary was ok.
