The seats are very very tight. I weigh 185 lbs and am 6 foot. It is very uncomfortable. With respect I cannot imagine sitting there at 300 lbs. I hope this helps.

I just had the standard large bag for underneath the plane... And just a standard smaller carry-on to take on the flight... I hope this was helpful... Just standard baggage...to be honest the staff was so friendly... I don't think they really paid that much attention to the size of anybody's bag...
