Waste of time.

Called for a refill one one of my medications on Thursday, was told that my regular doctor was out of town until the following Thursday, the person I talked to said that she would send a message and I would be called back, which never received a call back. Next day (Friday) I called back and the person that answered the phone said no one answered the message and that Dr. Clancy is covering all my doctors patients untill she returns and that she would send another message and would call back, in which I never received a call back. The next week Monday I drove to the Georgetown office, lady said she has not heard anything from dr. Clancy and that I most likely will have to drive to McClellanville to pick up the prescription and for me to hold while she calls. After waiting a little over 45 minutes she told me to just leave and she would have someone call me. I stated to her that I would rather wait, and her response was ok but And that I maybe waiting all day. I left and went home. Next day (Tuesday) called and same person stated that she would not do anything for me. At this point I guess a couple more day without out med maybe want kill me. I have had so many problems with getting Saint James Health and wellness to fill my meds BP, cholesterol etc. And this would be right after leaving my doctor appointment at my pharmacy. Never call to let me know my lab results. But on a side note I give Sherri Richardson, NP and Barbara Womble, NP 5 stars. This place needs someone like Doctor Burke back!
