Hey Laurie! It depends on the type of metal (silver, gold, platinum) and if the piece is going up or down in size - if you bring the piece in we'd be happy to give you an estimate!
Hey Jody! As long as we can fit the piece in our engraving machine we absolutely engrave jewelry that wasn't purchased from our store or that is pre-owned.
