Love this gym. Obviously you can't beat the hours. Staf is friendly and equipment is in good shape. They offer a lot of classes as well. Small gym but with some.big gym amenities.

Super knowledgeable staff. I would not call it a 24 hour gym. The place was locked down at night. Initially I was very high on the gym. After attending for a while, I reduced my rating to a 3. For woman, I would give this gym higher marks. I equate this gym to a "Woman's Workout World". Don't get me wrong, the woman are very nice people, but there are no men in the workout classes - morning or night. They recently moved the best trainer to Monee. Some of the local football players laughed at me for going there. Needless to say, no longer going there....

Terrible gym barley has any equipment and make you pay a 90 dollar down payment for signing up like they are LA, not worth it just go to LA or reclaim fitness 15 minuets away better prices and deals and they don’t make you pay 20 dollars to cancel your membership

This a great gym. My parents are members and I often pay for a drop-in every so often when in town. The equipment is well-maintained and the staff is courteous and knowledgeable. This is a huge upgrade from the gym that was here before. Members get a free Hydro Massage once a day. There also classes, and an open workout room with workouts/classes Pre-loaded on a tablet that projects against the wall. For the price, this place really has it all. This gym is a gem, especially for a small town like Manhattan.
