I would give -5 stars if I could, twice now they ignore the pharmacy when there was a discrepancy with my prescription. If you go to the clinic to get more information they just flat out lie to you and give you the run around until you give up and go home. Terrible place to visit with soul-less blank stare receptionists that don't seem to care about your problems. The doctors/pretend doctors do virtually nothing and expect to get paid for it as well. I want my co-pay back. Go literally anywhere else.

Wish I could give less than 1 star. Very neglectful medical staff. I have gotten better care at a walk in clinic. One would expect better from a medical school.

Left several urgent messages to the adult GI department and they will not return my calls. I will be seeking a new specialist outside of SIU
