I stepped onto the lot today, thinking I was going to get turned down and walk away. I was so warmly greeted by Joe, who made the nerves I had go away. My fiancé and I were taken care of, so kindly and friendly, that it felt like we knew Joe for years. I don’t think i’ve ever had a better experience in my life. Joe made getting my very first car the best experience I could’ve ever asked for. Quick, honest, transparent, and made us feel like family. Hands down the greatest salesman, and person i’ve ever met. Found a car I wanted and the salesman Nick was awesome. Very easy to talk to,don't get me wrong I think even after a short back and forth on price I paid more than what I found online but I get the times on prices and demand so customer service is what won me over . The sales manager was a gentleman. Let's just say when it's time to buy again and if the dealership has what I'm looking for I can see myself returning.

From the moment I stepped onto the lot I was treated respectfully and without the typical "pushy salesman" approach. Nick approached me and after hearing what I was looking for, showed me options that met my request. I took two vehicles for a test drive and through both rides Nick was knowledgeable and informative. He answered all questions I had. Once I was finished and unsure of which vehicle I wanted, he was patient and tried to help me decide without pushing me one way or another. They went above and beyond to and got me in last minute towards the end of the day to help rescue my chameleon that decided to jump off me and scurry up under the dash to hide away if anyone needs any work done, go to them they are super friendly and SUPER HELPFUL.
