I wish I could give this place 0 stars but unfortunately I can’t … Mike is a horrible person .. I know that’s not his real name but I called back to cancel a reservation I already made … Mike who is the manager 🫣would not cancel it … I only called about 30 mins after the reservation was made .. said three people called and he could if made that money somewhere else and he can’t refund me till he guarantee has someone to rent out said room … AND he won’t call me until tomorrow to let me know if he can refund my money … Please don’t get your money stolen or give them business .. God Bless

After reading some reviews and, a ridiculous response from the management on my last review, I went to see if I too recieved additional and UNLAWFUL charges to my card. And low and behold within minutes of my charge for my room they charged me and additional $125!!! Which this "manager" will say was because I did something yet... I had literally gotten to my room and the second charge went through. So I disputed my charges with my bank and contacted the BBB to investigate this "motel" that is literally ROBBING PEOPLE. This place needs to get shut down.

Plymouth Motor Lodge is a solid choice when staying in Terryville Ct, albeit there isn’t a lot of choice in the area. They get a third star by offering a mini fridge, microwave, and an additional security bolt on the door. Comes with toiletries (yes, it’s only a bottle of shampoo/conditioner, but it’s more than another motel down the road) The room is showing it’s age but is comfortable, and it’s located next door to a few places to eat (including a small supermarket) and overall offered a good stay. Some of the clientele seem a little sketchy so I’d be sure to park close to your room and to make sure your vehicle is locked up. The front desk is accommodating but needs to provide the guests the WiFi password when checking in instead of having to revisit the office later in your stay. I’d stay here again if the need arises
