Worst experience I've had with them, burgers where lukewarm, out of lemonade, wasn't willing to make me a Shirley temple in replace of. Missing my salad and beans, called 4 times no one answered. I won't be coming here for a while. Lost a good customer for now. Over 70$ of food 2 times a month...

2 stars because our waitress was awesome. Otherwise no stars. Water had black specks floating at the bottom. Soda had a piece of brown paper floating inside. Half of the table was sticky. A female worker was in the kitchen screaming for 15 minutes. I am not exaggerating, legit screaming, gave me a headache. Our waitress was trying to cover it by turning up the music. I thought it was a manager but was a regular employee. Because of the chaos my waitress accidentally gave me the wrong food item. But was corrected and was very apologetic. Then there was a black hair melted into the cheese on my burger. She was about to bring the manager out but I just wanted to get out of there. Many times this place has messed up food by giving me completely different items. The managers don't care. They apologize and that's it. The only reason why we came back was because we had a gift card. I wish the waitress the best of luck as she's trying to get through her schooling. An amazing young lady but CHILIS doesn't deserve her. This place needs to be shut down, train staff properly and reopen. That's how bad it was. OSHA might be popping in soon for quality check along with a few others.

Today was a celebration for my granddaughter who did her First Communion. It’s was around 2:30 pm., We had a party of 25 people including children, one who is special needs. We where told that because of our large party they couldn’t accommodate us. So, we had to break the group up in fours. Four separate tables. Not a problem we can handle that. So, party number 1 gets seated. The other three parties were told to wait. They waited and waited an hour later and four new families came in they were seated right away and my family including our special needs baby who’s been waiting to be seated over an hour is still waiting for seats. I feel that the manager there just didn’t want to serve us. By that point everyone was frustrated, tired of waiting and had to leave. That manager needs a refresher on customer service training. You don’t make families with young special needs children wait for over an hour. You sit them, get their orders, let them eat, pay.. thank you see you later. I feel, I needed to say this, so that it doesn’t happen to another family. Very poor customer service by Manager in Chills today.

We picked up curbside which took way longer then expected. When we opened the food containers it looked like the food was microwaved and then tossed into a to-go container. The guacamole was brown and everything was cold. Glad I had a gift card and did not have to use my own money. One star, only because the cheese cake was decent.
