Usually I have great things to say about the ER. But I was in there last night and I don't think the nurse new what she was doing when she tryed to put in IV. She messed up the first one and then had to start over. Then tryed to tell me I was afraid of needles when I broke out in a sweat

I had to take my 85 yr old mother to ER on Sunday before Labor Day. The ER staff was wonderful, efficient and friendly. Third floor nurses and Dr Lee were also good. Some nurses were chatty with each other, cursing and ignored me standing at the desk for several minutes until Dr Lee asked if he could help me. Overall, a good experience and good care for my mother.

If zero stars were an option thatβs what I would give this joke you call a hospital. Been here several times because unfortunately itβs the closest band aide station available. Staff is horrid and uncaring. They find the quickest diagnosis just to get you out the door and get their pay check. You would be better off on your death bed than laying in one of their beds.

My grandpa went to the ER by ambulance to St. Anthony's. Usually his issues he was having the staff didnt help him into the room because no staff helped. The doctor didnt want to touch him on his injured area. They gave him a pill and wrapped the injury in gause (which was leaking out) and sent him home. St. Anthony's, is a joke, needs better staff, and need to help and support their patients and not be COWARDS and do their JOB RIGHT.π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘

The dieticians can assist with this. If you call the main number and ask for the hmr program, they can transfer you over to that office. Hope this helps.
