Juan solved an issue for us in 5 minutes that a "retail" store failed to fix, not once, but twice. Go to the retial store for sure.

AT&T doesn't directly. Many local repair shops such as uBreakiFix or Phone Medics will replace for you. Amazon replacements will require some know how to replace it yourself.
