I took my vehicle to find oil leak I thought it may be valve cover gasket’s or oil sending unit and they said its not that it was coming from rear seal so we agreed on price of 650 over phone that Friday heard nothing till following Thursday saying truck was ready and that I did have a small water leak they fixed but didn’t say anything about price had changed. Long story short the bill was almost 980 saying now that the oil pan gasket was leaking so they fixed it and the water leak WITHOUT ANY CALL OR PRIOR AUTHORIZATION this is tough on someone on a fixed income. This is not how you run a business it’s just a sneaky way to get more money because you have to pay the bill to get vehicle. Any repairs that increase the quoted price by that much or any amount IMO should be cleared through the customer. I AM UNHAPPY WITH THIS BUSINESS the work was done but not the way it should have been and the no contact is unprofessional

Great experience, friendly knowledgeable staff was able to get my drums machined without a problem. Most places won't do it anymore! 💯 would recommend for car repair as I overheard them talking with another lady who wanted her ac fixed and she was like I'm sure I need a new system. Most places would have said yes you do and taken her money this guy was like no let's test your ac and see what wrong it may only be a simple repair... He instantly earned respect points!
