Lived in Glen Burnie for four years and see it down little by little over the time I spent there. major issues with HVAC. Unregistered dogs, the management played favorites to their friends. The pool was nice when its open was closed often for various reasons. Wouldn't recommend. Over priced.

From the very first email sent to this community, all the way to the very end, we had the best experience we've ever had with an apartment complex. Office staff is quick to respond to any request, no matter how big or small, and they tirelessly answered my barrage of emails when we were looking to relocate from out of state. They made us feel comfortable about leasing sight unseen, and we felt at home from Day 1. Georgia and Lindsey are amazing at what they do. The pricing of the units are fair, and the upkeep of the grounds and interior are top-notch. You definitely get what you pay for here. The community itself is quiet, and everyone is courteous and friendly. We always felt safe there, which was a big deal to us, as we worked overnights for a while. We were fortunate to get an apartment on the corner with a view of the woods, which was an added bonus. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests, and the level of care they take didn't go unnoticed. The apartments are cared for in such a way that it appears no one has ever lived there before you. Unfortunately, we were not there long enough to take advantage of the added amenities, but I'm sure those are taken care of in much the same way as the rest of the community. If we ever end up back in New Bern, they will be the first place we consider renting from again.
