I went into the store and was checking out some of the guitars. I tried to sit down and sample one but the radio music playing in the store was so loud I couldn't hear the guitar. There were a few other parents in there with family members in the back for lessons who were watching and one nodded and shrugged. I left somewhat disappointed.

I paid $25 a lesson with Tom Spellman. May vary with other instructors.
Their website has online rentals. It is for schools. You would need to select the school to see what is available.

When I went to school people would rent and then if the child could not learn or didn't care for it then they could trade out some kids figured it was not for them with I'm a week ..Music should be a joy not a job

We serve as the drop off destination for instruments being donated to Craven Concerts. They provide a wonderful service by offering those in need a chance to play an instrument that they otherwise could not afford.
It depends on the brand, the level, and the condition of the instrument.
They will take a look at it for free, and tell you what can be done.
The guitars are most likely gong to run $100 plus they are all pretty much name brands.
