Prices are bad and depending on who is running the scale, I feel ripped off. The owner is a scheister. They make up their hours of operation as they please. I was there today, Friday, at 8 am. The gates were closed. Went and had breakfast, back at 9 and the gates were still closed. Friday hrs are supposed to be 8-12. Had many bad experiences and kept going back because they are so local to me. This was the last straw. I would not recommend to anyone

Worst customer service experience I've had in recent memory. As first time customer, the "owner" was rude, impatient, and let an apparently bad day carry over into the way he treated my friend and I. Even if he would have given us a fair price for the scrap steel, cast iron, copper, and stainless (I don't think he did), I would never return based on the way we were treated. My frustration with this encounter can be put into perspective as this is the first business review I've made in over 10 years on Google.

Bad experience. If you can get past the owner's childish attitude, be pepared to receive the lowest prices around for your metals. It is relatively quick, so two stars.
