Bed bug city! Got them twice, thanks campus edge! Make sure you like hearing people scream and yell at 2 am! Ladies please be careful I got catcalled the entire time I was there (2019-2021) and I mentioned it to the office, they didn’t care LMAO! Yes this place is cheap, spend an extra 100-150 a month and go somewhere nicer!!!!! Whoever sees this listen to these reviews!

20000/10 don’t recommend. I can’t even recommend going to visit anyone who lives there. My friend has only lived there a month and it’s been hell. Apartment was not clean when she moved in and had to clean it herself. Since they use a fob system to get in their doors her fob was not working and was locked out of her house a whole night before anyone came to help. If you are a visitor and park in visitors it doesn’t matter you’ll probably get towed. Not only is there no towing signs. You’ll have to walk across the main road to a different complex to even get a number for anything. The office staff is no help. So if you decide to live here good luck I’m sure you’ll hate it because all of my friends who have even tried this place sure have.

My ex has been trying to get his stove fixed for over 2 months. 32 phones since January and it is still not fixed and now they refuse to answer his calls. As a senior on a fixed income it is shameful that Campus Edge management and office staff are taking advantage of him.

Agreed. It is terrible.
It depends also on how long you want the lease for and if the unit has been renovated.
Yes
There is a work out room but I would not classify it as a gym. It was built in 1986. You could call, the ladies in the office are very nice.
The two bedroom apartments are shared by two people. There is separate bedrooms and bathrooms with shared kitchen and living room which is economical . I would not try this unless you plan to room with a friend. I rent an efficiency apartment which has recently been upgraded and is on the first floor. Campus Edge is a condominium community with an HOA. Owners rent them to people who pass a background check. Price depends on the condition. One bedrooms go from $300+ to $560. Everything depends on what floor and condition. 3rd floor is very economical. The manager named Bobby is very nice ice manager along with a really smart and efficient young lady who also works in the office. You should call them and if they have any openings they will be glad to show you around. There is a very diverse group of people living there which I like.
You don't want it
