I went to this store at 7:50 pm. I was on the phone with ATT adding a line to my account. I NEEDED a SIM for tomorrow. The door was locked. I knocked until Doc came to the front and unlocked the door. He informed me that he would not help me, because he had already turned off all of the computers. So how often does Doc do this? How many hours has he been paid for while hiding in the back of the store with the front door locked? Why was his face red, and why did he seem out of breath?

Called three times and three times a guy named Archy? answered and three times archy transfered me to customer service line instead of helping figure out the issue. Great customer service. 🙄

I bought two iPhones from Dylan M, who stated he was the store manager at AT&T Store Melbourne Square and now he is at Cocoa Store. When making the sale, he told me that he would waive activation fee. Later switched it on me and said that he would pass it by his boss and get back to me. Never heard back from him. Fast forward, now I have billing issues from the changes he made to my account. I called him to ask him to go over my account to see if he can help me. He responded that he would call me back "if he gets time". I told him that I needed a phone call the same day. Never heard back from him. I called again today and Alexis answered the phone. I asked her for Dylan's boss, she said that she couldn't release that information. This is crazy! He and others at the Store are quick to sell you a phone but no good on getting help thereafter. Worst experience ever. I would never buy another phone from AT&T. Will let others know my bad experience.
